Common questions

Restore progress

Your progress is saved on your device. Reinstalling the app may remove it because Pack & Pop does not include cloud save.

Restore First Class

On iOS, open Travel Shop, choose Store Packs, then tap Restore Purchases. Consumable coin packs cannot be restored after use. Android purchases are not currently available.

Sound and reminders

Open Settings to control music, game sounds, language, and optional local reminders.

PURCHASES & ADS

Play free. Upgrade when you want.

On iOS, Pack & Pop offers optional coin packs, booster bundles, rewarded videos, and a permanent First Class upgrade. Android purchases are not currently available; Android players may see optional rewarded videos and occasional interstitial ads.

First Class removes automatic interstitial ads and unlocks cosmetic travel effects. Rewarded videos remain optional and appear only when you choose to earn a reward.

For a billing problem, include your device model, operating-system version, purchase date, and product name in your email. Do not send payment card details.

Data stored on your device

Level progress, stars, score, game coins, booster inventory, current flight, language, sound, and notification settings are stored locally so the game can restore your journey. Pack & Pop has no account system or cloud save.

Advertising

On iOS and Android, Google Mobile Ads and its partners may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, diagnostics, and ad interaction data according to your consent choices and their policies. Ads may include optional rewarded videos and interstitial ads.

Purchases

On iOS, Apple processes payments and purchase history. Pack & Pop receives transaction status needed to deliver or restore an item; it does not receive your payment-card details. Android purchases are not currently enabled.

Notifications

Life and daily-reward reminders are optional and scheduled locally. Permission is requested only after you enable reminders in Settings.

Your choices

You can reset local progress from Settings → Privacy & About → Reset Progress, disable reminders in the app or your device settings, and manage advertising consent through the choices shown in the app where required.
